Yes — for safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials such as chemicals, fuel, asbestos, paint, or medical waste. We also do not remove live animals.

Our pricing is based on the volume, weight, and type of items we haul. We’ll give you an upfront estimate — and confirm the final price before we start, so there are no surprises.

Not always. If items are easily accessible outside or in a garage, you can arrange a contactless pickup. We just need clear instructions beforehand.

We often offer same-day or next-day service, depending on availability. Call early for the best scheduling options.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.

Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials to reduce landfill waste. We believe in helping our community and protecting the environment.
